Deta Goodrem is an Australian singer / actress. Delta began her career at Neighbours, an Australian soap opera. Her debut album Innocent Eyes was fourteen times platinum (980,000 records) and yielded five # 1 hits in her homeland.
After a period of illness (in 2003 at the age of 18 got Delta lymphoma) she came back with a new album called Mistaken Identity. This was five times platinum (350,000 records) and earned her two number-one hits. In 2006 she worked on a new album and is on promotion tour in Japan after she merged her two albums and released in Japan.
